The 2021 Roger Albert Clark Rally has received fabulous support from marshals but more volunteers can be accommodated as planning for the 25–29 November event continues.

With just over six months to go to the start of one of the most eagerly awaited rallies of the year, Rally Manager Colin Heppenstall says that the response from marshals has been outstanding.

With five days of rallying across the north of England, Scotland and Wales, the event needs an army of volunteers to ensure it runs safely and smoothy and a wide range of positions need to be filled, both on and off the stages.

Heppenstall said: “We’ve had an unbelievable response so far and the feedback has been phenomenal. I’m very pleased that we have also had an excellent response for the biggest Welsh leg we’ve ever run. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has volunteered so far and their support is vital to the event. Of course, we can still take more volunteers.”

Some marshals have volunteered for more than one day of what is now the biggest adventure in UK special stage rallying.

Anyone interested in volunteering for the event should contact the event Staffing Officer Joy Hewson at: joyhewson@googlemail.com
