‘The Gravel Trap’ — how Toyota GAZOO Racing WRT fine-tune the Yaris WRC

With 9 of the 14 World Rally Championship rounds on gravel this year, optimisation is key, and for Toyota GAZOO Racing World Rally Team — that means working to ensure their Yaris WRC is engineered specifically for each round.

Speaking to Mobil 1 The Grid from Almeria, Spain, drivers Jari-Matti Latvala and his and co-driver Miikka Anttila join team advisor Lasse Lampi to discuss the finer details of preparing to take on the tricky conditions of a gravel round of WRC — including the adjustments required for optimum grip, suspension, tyres and all other aspects of the car.
